Marcel Lozinsky

Marcel Lozinsky has been with Horizon Drilling since April 2008. He has over 19 years of operational experience in the oilfield services industry in western & eastern Canada and the United States. Previously, Marcel was employed by Nabors Drilling for six years as Rig Manager and then Field Superintendent. Prior to Nabors Drilling, Marcel worked for H&R Drilling for four years as Derrickhand up to Rig Manager. He also worked for four years at Sedco Drilling in various operational capacities including Derrickhand and two years at Badge Services Ltd. as Operator.

Cordell Verweire

Cordell Verweire joined Horizon Drilling as Contract Sales Manager in February 2009 and was appointed Vice President, Marketing in November 2010. Cordell is responsible for business development and marketing for the Horizon Drilling rig fleet. He brings over 27 years of Sales Management experience and with 10 of those years in the contract drilling industry of sales and marketing. He also has 4 plus years of field experience.

Paul Donohue

Paul Donohue has 18 years operational experience. He started with Nabors Drilling in 1992 as a floor hand and worked his way through the ranks to a Rig Manager. He left Nabors Drilling in 2007 and joined Horizon Drilling as a Rig Manager. He became Field Superintendent in the summer of 2008 and is currently Operations Manager.

Theresa Collette, CMA

Theresa Collette is the Controller for Horizon Drilling Inc., having joined the company in December, 2008. Theresa is a Certified Management Accountant and has held controllership positions in a number of oilfield services companies for over 13 years. Prior to that, she has over a decade of experience in the financial services sector.

Chris Murray, P. Eng.
Contracts Manager

Christopher Murray is a Professional Engineer with a diverse career in oilfield services. After receiving a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Chemistry from Queen’s University in 1997, he began his professional life as a Wireline Field Engineer for Computalog Ltd. Throughout his career, Chris has overseen the business development of many wireline operations in countries such as Bangladesh, India, Yemen, UAE, Germany, Greece, Mexico and Venezuela. In 2006, Chris joined Cedar Creek Drilling Ltd. as General Manager, where he was responsible for all marketing activities, oversight of the day-to-day operation of the company, as well as execution of the long term corporate strategy. After the acquisition of Cedar Creek, he remained with Horizon Drilling where he is now the Contracts Manager. Chris is currently a member of APEGGA, SPE and CADE.
